# Engineers open to work on Geekjob

Every profile here is public on purpose. An engineer should be findable without a recruiter paying for the privilege, and an assistant should be able to read the whole directory in one go. What is never public is how to contact anyone: that stays with the candidate until they accept an introduction.

## How this works

Geekjob is not a CV database you search and then pay to unlock. Profiles are open, contacts are not for sale, and an introduction happens only when the candidate agrees to it. If you are hiring, you describe the role to your own assistant and it does the rest.
